At least 10 Billion dollars has been appropriated for influenza preparedness in the U.S. (See HHS Report to Congress on Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Spending, January 2009) Clinical trials on the H1N1 vaccine are still on-going. Actually they just started according to clinicaltrials.gov , August for adults, and September for children and pregnant women. Everyone needs to wake up and say NO! It's not just media hype anymore, it's government hype.
