I am currently working on some really cool, awesome, amazing and fun project with the mysteriously entitled all140 (whoever can tell me what that might mean gets a beer from me). Well, since we are several guys working on this and I have no real professional background in Webdesign (just the average semi-amateur-sh*t) we worked together with the guys from PsdSlicing.com. And hell yeah, they did a really good job. It took them 2 days to provide us with a state-of-the-art, W3C compatible CSS/Xhtml. A thing of beauty as my collegue Franz already mentioned in his blog post.
You have 5 revisions for free within 1 month upon their first delivery. However that thing was so perfect that we only needed 1 revision which was due to our misleading design.
So if you are planning to do a low-cost web app then I highly recommend working with those guys. Quick, fast and reasonably priced.
